I used to train six days a week. Early mornings, late nights the gym was my sanctuary.

But recovery? That was always the afterthought. Not because I didn't care, but because every time I looked for proper recovery gear in South Africa, I hit the same wall. Either the quality was disappointing, the prices were insulting, or I was waiting weeks for something shipped from overseas.

I got frustrated. Then I got motivated.

So I started small. Just me, a laptop, and a genuine belief that South African athletes deserve better.
