Return Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue.
